To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. By engaging with b+b, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Client Obligations
Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding their content and brand.

• Comply with platform guidelines (e.g., OnlyFans, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).

• Not engage in illegal, harmful, or misleading activities.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary strategies shared by b+b.

5. Payment and Fees
All fees and revenue-sharing agreements will be outlined in individual contracts. Failure to make payments may result in service suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property
All original content created by b+b remains the property of the client. Any strategies, marketing materials, or software used by b+b remain the intellectual property of b+b.

7. Limitation of Liability
b+b is not responsible for losses due to platform bans, demonetization, or policy changes. We do not guarantee earnings or specific outcomes.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to any contractual obligations. Refunds, if applicable, will be outlined in the client’s agreement.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Canada/USA]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of [City, State/Province].
